In 2004, Alexandra completed a training program in Gestalt therapy and Gestalt counseling and applied this approach in her individual practice and group work. Having first encountered the method of Holotropic Breathwork in 2000, she regularly used it for her own inner work and assisted in conducting workshops. In 2012, she completed the GTT certification program, and from 2013 to 2017, together with Vladimir Emelianenko, she led the GTT Holotropic Breathwork facilitator training program in Russia.
As a Holotropic Breathwork facilitator, she was part of the team for training and practical events in Russia, Ukraine, China, and Israel. In 2020, she was certified as a teacher in the international Grof Legacy Training (GLT). Since 2023, together with Vladimir Emelianenko, she has been conducting the Grof Legacy Training (GLT) educational program in China.
Her interest in Eastern approaches to inner work led her to explore Taoist methods for health strengthening and maintaining inner balance. Currently, Alexandra provides individual counseling using the holotropic approach. Together with Vladimir Emelianenko, they regularly conduct Holotropic Breathwork workshops and individual sessions. For her daily inner work and client support, she continues to practice the Chinese Taoist tradition, currently represented by the lineage of the Lipai Taiji school.
